Alan Neill Mourned As His Tragic Death In Road Accident Is Announced
Tributes are pouring in as the Field Trial world hears the news of Alan Neills untimely death in a road traffic accident near to Newton Stewart in Dumfries and Galloway.
Mr Neill was in collision with an articulated freezer lorry , there were dogs in a specialist trailer being towed behind his Ranger Pick-Up.It is believed that two dogs were killed at the scene, three are still in Veterinary Care , a number were recovered from the scene but it believed that one dog is still missing.

Alan Neill was respected as Breeder , Trainer, Handler and Judge in the working gundog world. A popular man who was straight talking and clearly loved his dogs and his family. always kind and helpful to newcomers to the sport and a trusted friend to many, our sincere condolences go out to his family and friends , he will be missed deeply.
